Chapter merch usually dies in a group chat: one person collects sizes, someone Venmos the wrong amount, and half the chapter never pays. This run worked differently. Kappa Sigma’s shirts went up as a group order where each member ordered and paid for their own, in their own size. 186 members checked out across the spring and fall runs of 2024. No spreadsheet of shame, no fronting the chapter’s money. Tau Chapter has been at UT Austin since 1884, the chapter house sits in West Campus at 1002 W 26th St, and UT counted 163 members in spring 2025, so a full-chapter run is a serious size run. It is still how I run group orders now. The group gets one link. Everyone handles themselves. The box shows up complete.
