We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display. We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, limit quantities, change descriptions or pricing, discontinue products, and void offers where prohibited. We do not warrant that products, Services, information, or materials will meet expectations or that errors will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order, and restrict orders under the same account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address. We may notify you if an order is changed or cancelled and may limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and promptly update your email address and other information. We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools. Any use is at your own risk and discretion. New Services, features, tools, and resources offered through the website will also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Certain content, products, and Services may include third-party materials. Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for evaluating their content or accuracy and have no liability for third-party materials, websites, products, or Services. You agree your comments will not violate third-party rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, malware, false email addresses, impersonation, or misleading origin information. You are solely responsible for comments you make. Designs and artwork submitted for production are governed by Section 21, and we make no claim of ownership over your designs.

Section 11 - Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally information on our site or in the Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, change or update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after order submission. We have no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information except as required by law.

You may terminate them by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services or by ceasing use of our site. Section 21 - Customer Content and Design Rights
By submitting any design, logo, artwork, or other content to us for printing or production, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce that content. You agree that Zeytin (Budak, LLC) is not responsible for verifying the ownership or legality of submitted designs, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the use of content you provide.
Section 22 - Custom Products and Refunds
All products are made to order based on your specifications and approved proofs. Due to their custom nature, all sales are final and custom products are non-refundable once production has begun. We provide mockups and proofs for your approval before production specifically so that errors can be caught before printing.
Section 23 - Turnaround Times
All production and delivery timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees. While we work to meet every stated timeline, delays caused by shipping carriers, supplier availability, or circumstances outside our control may occur.
Section 24 - Payment Terms
For orders delivered in person in the Austin, Texas area, payment is due at delivery. For shipped orders, payment is due in full before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements, such as Net 30 terms, may be available for business clients by prior written agreement.
